Here's a tip... crab tastes best cooked in sea water, or at least VERY salted water. And we even though we eat a lot of crab (compared to most people!) we never do anything to it but crack it and dip it in some lemon garlic butter! yummmmm... :o)
Still hoping you can make it up here someday! I've heard that the crab practically walk into your hands here... I usually buy mine, but it would be fun to go crabbing!
